Summary: The role of Salesforce Developer involves designing, developing, and delivering complex business logic using Salesforce Flows and Apex. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience and relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver complex business logic utilizing Salesforce Flows and Apex
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and code changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other Engineers to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Address and resolve technical challenges, providing solutions that align with business objectives
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification is required
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is required
- Experience with design and development of Apex and Flows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability in technical design
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
