Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions, custom objects, and business workflows using Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and associated technologies, including VisualForce, Apex, Lightning framework, and process builder.
- Apply UKRI and government standards to deliver reliable, secure solutions.
- Peer review and test code and solutions built by colleagues within the agile delivery team.
- Work with other delivery teams to undertake data migration & integration activities.
- Assist the Solutions Architect and Product Manager in designing solutions and documenting high and low level designs, user stories, etc.
- Contribute to the continuous integration/improvement of Salesforce solutions as they are released into production.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience building effective business solutions using Salesforce technologies – ideally spanning Reports & Dashboards, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Test classes, Process Builder & Flows.
- Appropriate technical certifications issued by Salesforce.com – e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams.
