Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 9+ years of experience and strong expertise in OmniStudio, Omni-Channel, Salesforce development, integrations, AI, and CI/CD.

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce AI/Agentforce certifications

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel, including configuration, development, and implementation.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• Experience with Omni-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management.
• Good knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce design patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with Salesforce.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex.
• Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and collaboration skills.
