Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Develop and integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across the Salesforce platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system enhancements
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Future methods)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL queries
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
• Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools
• Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in Agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
• Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles
