Summary: The Salesforce Developer role involves joining a major digital transformation program with a focus on enhancements and integrations within Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Building and optimising Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations
- Supporting delivery of Phase 1 rollout, including new features, fixes, and performance improvements
- Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams
- Helping stabilise and extend an in-flight project where speed and quality both matter
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations
- Experience with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to pick up an existing project quickly and deliver high-quality work from day one
- Excellent problem solving capability and clear communication
- Able to start immediately

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme already well underway. This is a hands-on role focused on enhancements, integrations, and supporting the rollout of Phase 1 across Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
