Summary: Whitehall Resources is seeking two Salesforce Developers for remote positions until the end of the year. The role involves providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for CARE applications and developing Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio and Service Cloud. Candidates should have extensive experience in Salesforce application support and customization. The positions require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support (L2 & L3) for CARE systems (C360, eCare, CSC).
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio.
  • Support Service Cloud implementations, including case management and automation.
  • Customize and configure the Salesforce Service Console, including development of custom components and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AMS (Application Management Services) support.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce metadata.
  • Utilize SFDX CLI and the Salesforce DX development model for efficient development workflows.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure smooth and timely release cycles.
  • Handle sandbox creation and maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve merge conflicts in Git repositories.
  • Support and enhance deployment processes using Copado (experience with other tools is a plus).

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for 2 Salesforce Developer’s.

There are 2 positions, which are both based remotely to the end of the year.

Role 1: Salesforce Developer (Omnistudio & Service Cloud)

About the Role:
Skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for CARE applications, including C360, eCare, and CSC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Omnistudio, Service Cloud projects, and Salesforce application support, with a strong understanding of case implementation and console customization.
