Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce projects.
- Utilize Agile methodologies for project management and development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the team.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
Key Skills:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with multiple Salesforce certifications.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts and languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
