Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on Field Service Lightning (FSL) expertise to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. The role involves building scalable and high-performing solutions focused on field service operations, custom development, and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring the integrity and performance of the Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Configure FSL components including service territories, service resources, work types, scheduling policies, and mobile settings.
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and FSL functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment planning using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, user training, and documentation for Salesforce and FSL modules.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Strong understanding of FSL data model, scheduling engine, dispatcher console, and mobile features.
