Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the Data Cloud data model and harmonization strategy for Patient 360 and HCP 360, defining identity resolution rules, reconciliation logic, and unified profile structures across patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Design ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, and real-time) from source systems — LSC, specialty pharmacy/hub platforms, claims/PBM data, call center, marketing, web/digital engagement, and HL7/FHIR-based clinical feeds — into Data Cloud.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise data architecture; 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) — data model, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Proven experience building 360-degree profiles (patient, customer, or provider) unifying multiple source systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud, including its data model and how it interacts with Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Agentforce (or equivalent agentic AI platforms) — grounding data sources, topics/actions design, and safe activation of unified data for AI-driven agents.
• Strong understanding of healthcare/pharma data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA/PHI compliance in a unified data context.
• Experience with identity resolution, MDM concepts, and data harmonization across structured and semi-structured sources.
• Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and integration patterns (batch/streaming/real-time); familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar CDW/lakehouse platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills — able to bridge data architecture, compliance/privacy, and clinical/commercial business needs.
