Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI implementation projects using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
- Architect data models and integration patterns for real-time and batch data ingestion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP/other) between Salesforce and external systems.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Lead data migration efforts with a focus on data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Understand Data modeling DLO (data lake objects) and DMO (data model object) principles and metadata approach.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data management, CI/CD.
- Experience with ETL tools, data lakes, and real-time data streaming.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international clients.
