Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to support pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals
- Configure products, bundles, price rules, product rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
- Develop and maintain CPQ data models, including product configuration and pricing structures
- Customize CPQ using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript as needed
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration, performance, and data issues
- Support CPQ enhancements, upgrades, and Salesforce releases
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ designs and configurations
- Participate in testing, deployment, and postproduction support
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) experience
- Strong understanding of CPQ concepts
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce configuration
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (nice to have)
