Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end CPQ data migration strategy (Accounts, Products, Price Books, Quotes, Contracts, etc.).
- Perform data profiling and gap analysis on source systems.
- Create data mapping documents between legacy systems and Salesforce CPQ.
- Design data transformation and validation logic using ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft).
- Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and loading activities across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Coordinate sample and mock data migrations to validate accuracy and performance.
- Define data reconciliation and post-load validation processes.
- Work closely with functional and QA teams to align data quality with business needs.
Key Skills:
- Overall 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.
- 6+ years of experience in data migration with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
- Deep understanding of CPQ data structures and relationships.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (preferably Talend or Informatica).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, or other data manipulation tools.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of JSON/XML formats.
- Prior experience in subscription management or quote-to-cash systems is a plus.
