Summary: The Salesforce Consultant role is a contract position focused on delivering functional solutions across Salesforce platforms for a global client. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices. This position requires strong consulting experience and the ability to work in Agile environments. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into Salesforce configurations and solutions
- Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Work alongside Developers and Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices
Key Skills:
- Strong Salesforce Consulting experience
- Experience delivering Salesforce implementations end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud (desirable)
- Experience in industry-specific Salesforce implementations (desirable)
- Salesforce Certifications (desirable)
- Must have the right to work in the UK or Europe
- Available to start within short notice
