Summary: The role of Senior Salesforce Consultant focuses on leveraging expertise in Salesforce and iMIS CRM to deliver tailored solutions in a remote consulting environment. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce systems while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to solving complex CRM challenges and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to impact clients across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs
- Integrate and optimize Salesforce with iMIS CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and governance
- Conduct training sessions and produce documentation to support adoption and user engagement
- Assist with end-to-end QA testing and validation of CPQ including Products, Pricing, and quoting
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with senior-level responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge or recent project experience with iMIS CRM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Development of Apex Triggers, Classes and Test-Classes
- Experience working with nonprofit, membership, or association-based clients is a plus
- Working knowledge of web development technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML and APIs
- Bonus Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
