Summary: The role is for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant on an 8-month contract, fully remote from India, aimed at supporting a European client in a global ERP transformation program. The consultant will engage in the full project lifecycle, from design to implementation, while working full-time in the IST timezone. Responsibilities include user story estimations, sprint planning, and ensuring code quality through testing and peer reviews. The position requires extensive experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the full project lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Contribute to user story estimations and sprint planning.
• Design and build functionality following agreed guidelines and good development practices.
• Unit test own builds and conduct peer reviews of other features.
• Ensure code and components go through agreed deployment processes.
• Manage user stories through the implementation process of the user story lifecycle.
• Resolve bugs reported in the production landscape.
• Work in service and/or projects.

Key Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce, specifically in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Messaging.
• Knowledge of Market Cloud account engagement.
