Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and design user-centric Experience Cloud portals
- Configure and optimise Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Create custom themes, navigation, and responsive layouts for intuitive interfaces
- Build workflows and process automations to enhance customer engagement
- Support integrations with third-party platforms
- Deliver user training and produce tailored training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions
