Summary: The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and delivering B2C commerce experiences for a large e-commerce brand during a significant Salesforce transformation. This fully remote contract position requires expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Configure, customise, and optimise commerce functionality to enhance user experience
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other Salesforce specialists to ensure seamless delivery
- Support integrations with third-party platforms including payment gateways, OMS, and ERP systems
- Provide expertise on performance optimisation, scalability, and security
- Ensure best practices are applied across development, testing, and deployment cycles
- Create and maintain solution documentation and support knowledge transfer
Key Skills:
- Strong background working with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Experience delivering large-scale e-commerce projects in a retail environment
- Deep understanding of commerce architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align business and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering against tight deadlines
- Knowledge of multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing) a plus
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications preferred
