Summary: The Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Lead is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex eCommerce solutions using SFCC. This role requires extensive experience in developing and implementing customized eCommerce solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices. Job Summary:
Team Lead with extensive expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex, high-performance eCommerce solutions.

Skill Requirements:
10+ Years of experience, must have led the development and implementation of customized SFCC eCommerce solutions, delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable implementations tailored to complex business needs.
Acted as Team Lead, conducting in-depth code reviews, creating and managing tickets, providing Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards. Provided ongoing technical consultations, facilitated communication between developers and external vendors, and proactively resolved technical roadblocks.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
Must Have Technical skills:
o Authored technical documentation to support system understanding as well as documentation for cartridge installation and configuration in Business Manager, enabling faster onboarding and smoother project handovers.
o Participated in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and client calls, presenting technical insights, providing progress updates, and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
o Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and converting business requirements into technical specifications to facilitate seamless software development.
o Experience in Identifying inefficiencies and implemented solutions to optimize business operations and improve system performance.
o Must have designed and implemented integrations using OCAPI, SCAPI, Custom REST API under the SCAPI framework, and Integration Framework, enabling robust, efficient, and secure data exchange between SFCC and external systems. o Worked with tax calculation services such as Vertex, AvaTax, etc. to ensure accurate, region-specific tax handling, supporting complex multi-region compliance requirements.
o Integrated advanced analytics solutions, Digital Customer Account Management (DCAM), and marketing platforms to enhance customer tracking, engagement, and personalization.
o Developed custom cartridges for regional websites, implemented store locators, optimized product and image services, and delivered features that improved both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
