Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development projects
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment errors, and environment conflicts
- Drive merge conflict resolution and ensure version control with Git (GitHub preferred)
- Debug cross-environment issues across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Handle metadata inconsistencies and deployment challenges
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure acceptance testing and quality assurance
- Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD governance, and release management runbooks
- Work on Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and manage deployment dependencies
- Provide expertise in Salesforce sandbox strategy and environment lifecycle management
- Experience with Agile delivery and working with distributed teams
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud expertise
- Hands-on development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio
- Strong experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines including deployments, promotions, and environment management
- Expertise in troubleshooting pipeline failures, deployment errors, and environment conflicts
- Strong knowledge of Git-based version control (GitHub preferred)
- Ability to debug cross-environment issues and handle metadata inconsistencies
- Salesforce sandbox strategy and environment lifecycle management
