Summary: The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ and Quoting processes. The BSA will collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and technical teams to enhance and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes within Salesforce. This position emphasizes the importance of gathering requirements, leading workshops, and ensuring successful implementation of enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Act as the liaison between business users and Salesforce development teams.
  • Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
  • Analyze and improve quoting, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and sales processes.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production deployments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ enhancements and integrations.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong experience with Quoting, Pricing, Product Configuration, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience creating user stories, business process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
