Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience are essential for this position. The candidate will also conduct user acceptance testing and support end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and enhancements.
• Partner with developers and administrators to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-user training.
