Responsibilities will be to assist with finalizing requirements for a government public sector Salesforce implementation, including close direction and support of business stakeholders, documentation of As Is and To Be process flows and movement of data within web pages in the application, and thorough testing before turning the functionality over to business stakeholders for end user testing . Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes as it relates to the system and user needs. Formulates business processes to support overall business strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with users and departmental management. Experience with identifying solutions to business problems using process reengineering and technology. Familiar with current and emerging technologies and standards. Effective at following plans and completing goals on time and on budget. Required Skills:
- Five or more years of experience with SalesForce business analysis or related area. MUST HAVE SALESFORCE BA EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of business processes and process mapping: Able to document the processes and process mapping in a format that is understanding by both business line stakeholders and by technical architects.
