Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role involves leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating the migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs to create a detailed migration plan, including data mapping and process flows.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team.
- Support project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale CRM or system migration projects.
- Experience with either Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is highly desirable.
