Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (e.g., workflows, process builder, validation rules).
