Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst role is a 3-month contract position focused on eliciting and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions within the telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, including configuration, process automation, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
- Support system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (eg ERP, finance, billing, invoicing, ITSM).
- Maintain and enhance functional documentation, process flows, data mappings, and solution designs.
- Engage with global stakeholders to capture feedback and ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, data model, configuration capabilities, and platform limits.
Key Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Familiarity with financial systems integration
- Exposure to ITSM processes and tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Telecoms industry experience (fixed line, 5G, or related services) is advantageous.
