Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
- Support manufacturing processes including Inventory, Product Transfer, Consignment, Cycle Counting/Auditing, and Stock Disposition.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Support integrations, data mapping, process modeling, and workflow improvements.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Flows, and custom objects.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have
- ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with Advanced ATP, Orders, or Revenue Management.
