Summary: The Salesforce Backlogs Manager is responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the chief point of contact between business stakeholders and technical development teams, facilitating transparent communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration among Salesforce Platform Leads, developers, and business partners throughout the agile delivery cycle, removing obstacles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups, leveraging insights to refine processes, clarify requirements, and accelerate the delivery of high-value platform enhancements.
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance: Analyze platform performance metrics and development outcomes, recommending adjustments to backlog prioritization, resources, or processes for maximum impact and efficiency.
