Job Title: Salesforce BA

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 18 Month Contract

Requirements: US Citize, clearable for public trust

-Complex Business Rule Translation:

Ability to convert detailed, conditional client requirements (e.g., legal clauses, regulatory text) into explicit, structured IF/THEN/ELSE logic rules that the development team can implement.

-Optimized Digital Process Design:

Expertise in mapping the end-to-end document lifecycle from initiation (OmniScript input) to final delivery to eliminate manual steps and ensure compliance.

-Data Source Mapping & Elicitation:

Accurately identifying and validating which specific Salesforce fields and objects contain the data required for the document merge.

-Compliance and Record Retention Design:

Mandatory skill in defining final document governance, including required naming conventions, security classification, and specifying the final SharePoint/GovCloud storage location.

-User Experience (UX) Flow Design:

Designing the simple, intuitive flow within the OmniScript that guides the end-user through input, validation, and generation of the document.

-UAT Scripting & Content Validation:
