Summary: The Salesforce BA role involves leveraging Salesforce expertise to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and facilitate solution design sessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering and gap analysis.

  • Working on Salesforce Org merge projects.
  • Data migration from one Salesforce instance to another.
  • Understanding Salesforce data model and data loader usage.

Key Skills:

  • Salesforce Admin knowledge (standard/custom objects, profiles, workflows, etc.).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and related tools.
  • Agile methodology experience (Scrum environment).
  • Salesforce data model understanding.

Salesforce Admin ( Understanding of Standard Objects, Custom Objects, fields, Profiles, Permission sets, relationships, Workflows, Validation rules, page layouts, etc. )
Functional and working knowledge of multiple clouds Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
Good understanding of business processes, excellent communication Skills, Stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of DevOps and DevOps tools.
