Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B architecture and Lightning components.
- Guide and manage the technical outcomes of the team, conducting daily stand-ups.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate SFCC with ERP, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Manage enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Adapt to evolving customer requirements and urgent support needs.

Job Description:
- SFCC B2B Lightning Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B architecture, Lightning components, and platform capabilities for troubleshooting, enhancements, and customizations.
- Knowledge of B2B commerce workflows, order management, and supply chain processes to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead the team towards success
- Guide and manage the technical outcome of the team. Conduct daily internal stand up and also lead the customer stand up
- Represent the team in front of customer.
- Apex & Lightning Web Components Development
- Strong coding skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components to build, optimize, and maintain scalable solutions within SFCC B2B environments.
- Integration Skills - Experience integrating SFCC with ERP, payment gateways, third-party systems, and REST/SOAP APIs for seamless business operations.
- Problem-Solving & Debugging
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Enhancement & Release Management
- Experience managing enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional communication skills to understand customer needs, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations with demanding clients.
