Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and manage the technical outcome of the team, conducting daily internal and customer stand-ups.
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components within SFCC B2B environments.
- Integrate SFCC with ERP, payment gateways, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure high system reliability.
- Manage enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Adapt to changing priorities and urgent support needs as required by customers.
