Summary: Infinite Solutions Inc is seeking a Salesforce Architect with experience in grants management to lead projects involving legacy system transformation to the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, architecture, and development within Salesforce, particularly in the context of grants management. This role requires a strong technical background and proven leadership in large-scale data projects. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data vision alignment and strategy on projects involving legacy system transformation to the Salesforce platform.
- Architect, design, and model Salesforce custom data objects.
- Transform legacy data and business objects to Salesforce data and transaction objects.
- Architect and develop functionality in the Salesforce Platform.
- Serve as Technical Lead on large scale legacy data cleansing, conversion, and migration projects involving at least 200 million records.
- Lead technical roles on legacy mainframe DB2/VSAM data conversion projects, including data assessment for quality evaluation.
- Oversee data migration planning, validation testing, ETL processes, and post-migration validation.
- Implement data security measures throughout the migration process.
- Possess relevant Salesforce certifications and provide copies of certificates.
- Demonstrate experience with Salesforce Grants Management, Nonprofit Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation in projects.
- Exhibit proven experience with data modeling, integration design, and security architecture.
- Manage grants lifecycle processes from pre-award to post-award management and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Salesforce architecture and related roles.
- Experience with Salesforce Grants Management, Nonprofit Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.
- Strong background in data modeling, integration design, and security architecture.

- c) Extract, transform, and load (ETL) actual data transfer and transformation
- d) Post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- e) Data security measures for the entirety of the migration process
- Must have possession of one or more of the following certifications (must provide copy of certificate(s):
- a) Certified Salesforce Architect
- b) Certified Senior System Architect
- Must have 5 years of experience with Salesforce Grants Management, Nonprofit Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.
- Must have proven experience with data modeling, integration design, and security architecture.
- Must have 5 years of experience in grants lifecycle processes from pre-award to post-award management and reporting.
