Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Salesforce AI expertise to act as technical architect and hands-on Salesforce engineer
• Deliver technical solutions with focus on security, authentication, scalability and performance
• Serve as lead Salesforce developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Review and approve design documents, code reviews, test plans, and deployment plans
• Make informed decisions on architectural design, considering tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations
• Provide consultation for routine and complex systems development
• Coordinate with Operations and Infrastructure Delivery teams for deployment and production support activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand requirements and translate into solutions

Key Skills:

• Experience as a senior Salesforce Engineer building objects from scratch
• Experience with Service, Data, and Experience clouds
• Experience with AI tools including Agentforce, Employee Agent, Einstein, Prompt Builder
• Any relevant SF certifications including AI, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
• Ability to work in an Enterprise Agile/Transitioning development environment
• Ability to work independently or on a team
