Salesforce Architect Sales Cloud / Health Cloud

Summary: The Salesforce Architect role focuses on leveraging expertise in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud to enhance Salesforce implementations within healthcare and life sciences environments. The position requires a strong background in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and business process design, along with the ability to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support. Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, provider, payer, or field sales environments.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect or senior Salesforce consultant.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud architecture, configuration, automation, and business process design.
• Experience with Health Cloud, including understanding of Health Cloud data models, capabilities, and appropriate use cases.
• Ability to assess an existing Salesforce org with limited documentation.
• Experience working with environments that include admins, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify what is configured, what is missing, and what should be improved.
• Experience documenting current-state architecture, process flows, data models, and recommendations.
• Ability to provide both strategic architecture guidance and practical hands-on support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, permissions, profiles, permission sets, sharing model, and governance.
• Experience supporting medium to large Salesforce user populations.
• Comfortable working in a staff augmentation model with direct client interaction.
