Summary: The Salesforce Architect role at 3Core Systems involves leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, focusing on both customer and dealer-facing platforms. This position requires hands-on architecture skills to translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions. The role can be performed remotely with monthly travel requirements. The contract duration is expected to be over six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems
- Define scalable patterns for APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and provide recommendations
- Lead integration strategy between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and APIs/microservices
- Design and oversee REST and SOAP integrations as well as event-driven architectures
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams
- Guide development teams and ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early
- Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization
- Align architecture decisions with business goals and customer experience initiatives
Key Skills:
- 8 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP)
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level integrations
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience with identity and security concepts such as OAuth and SSO
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience supporting customer-facing or dealer platforms (preferred)
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (preferred)
- Salesforce certifications (Application or System Architect preferred)
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments (preferred)
