Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Public Sector Solutions to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions for government and public service organizations. The role requires a strong understanding of public sector processes and compliance needs, particularly in areas such as Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections, Case Management, and Grants Management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government clients and familiarity with Salesforce Industries for the public sector. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document end-to-end Salesforce PSS architectures.
- Define data models, security models, integrations, and component design.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions leveraging Salesforce core platform and PSS modules.
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
- Leverage Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for Licensing, Permitting & Inspections, Grants, Case Management, and benefit management.
- Design workflows and process automation aligned with public sector regulations and best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with government standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA.
