Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with healthcare business objectives.
- Lead architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA) in all solution designs.
- Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications.
- Define and manage secure data models, access controls, and sharing rules.
- Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Evaluate and incorporate AppExchange solutions and Salesforce innovations to enhance platform capabilities.
- Support testing, release management, and post-deployment activities.
- Promote platform governance, coding standards, and best practices across teams.
