Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including data models, security, automation, custom applications, and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
• Define and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and future business needs.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and third-party applications, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive gap analysis between current and desired states, proposing effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models for development and deployment.
• Lead code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural principles.
• Oversee the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration efforts.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, offering insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to gather requirements, document use cases, and define project scope.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing trust and rapport.
• Act as an escalation point for technical risks and issues, driving timely resolution.
• Design solutions with a focus on optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Implement and enforce robust security measures, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data encryption, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3-5 years in a Salesforce Architect role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across various clouds.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative tools and programmatic capabilities.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with other systems using various integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, fields, and relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce security model and data sharing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for avoiding them.
• Familiarity with web technologies and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with various architectural patterns.
