RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect in Mountain View, CA.

Role Overview:
The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, guiding, and supporting Salesforce solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This person will work closely with client engineering leaders, business stakeholders, Client's consulting teams, Salesforce developers, business analysts, and offshore delivery teams to deliver scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has grown up hands-on in Salesforce development and has evolved into an architect capable of owning solution design, integration strategy, technical direction, and client-facing architecture discussions.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong technical architecture and implementation background
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Lead Salesforce Developer, or Senior Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce development and platform capabilities, including:
* Apex
* Salesforce Flow
* Lightning Web Components
* Salesforce data model
* Salesforce security model
* Integration design patterns
* Strong experience with Service Cloud
* Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Application Architect
* Salesforce System Architect
* Service Cloud Consultant
* CTA track certifications
* Experience with AI-assisted development tools or code generation tools
* Exposure to Gemini, Agentforce, or enterprise AI use cases
* Experience with Python or Google Apps Script
* Experience working with engineering-heavy clients or highly technical enterprise stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
