Salesforce Architect

Job Description

• Lead enterprise-level Salesforce solution architecture across multiple Salesforce products within the Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for business, product, and engineering teams while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct discovery workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create end-to-end solution blueprints.
• Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
• Drive platform innovation by managing technical debt, evaluating AppExchange solutions, and establishing scalable DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure best practices for governance, architecture, and platform scalability across multiple Salesforce instances.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• 4+ years in Salesforce Solution Architecture or Senior Advisory roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and MuleSoft.
• Experience managing multi-instance Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification is required.
