Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with extensive expertise in Salesforce platforms to lead solution architecture and delivery. The role involves designing scalable and secure solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. This position requires a blend of technical leadership and strategic thinking to drive performance and compliance in Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud platforms
  • Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
  • Design integration patterns with third-party systems (APIs, middleware, data platforms)
  • Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, and activation
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices & coding standards
  • Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and client presentations when required

  • 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience in: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and APIs
  • Strong experience with data modeling, governance, and data architecture
  • Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools)
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
