Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as ADO, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Role description

Essential skills and experienc
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and integration
- Experience with DevOps tools such as ADO, Git, and Bitbucket
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and ExperienceCloud
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau
- Experience with identity and access management tools such as OKTA
- Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Technical Architect, Developer, or Administrator)
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
