Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect / Lead to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, and guide development teams to implement robust and secure Salesforce applications aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce application architecture and solutions
- Lead implementation across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Define best practices for development, configuration, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
- Design and manage system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Manage releases, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the team
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8–12+ years of IT experience with 4–6 years in Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
