Summary: The Salesforce Agentforce Consultant will lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce, an advanced AI solution, to enhance automation and intelligence within the client's Salesforce CRM platform. This role requires collaboration with a team of Salesforce professionals to align the new capabilities with organizational goals while providing training and support. The consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing performance post-deployment. The position is remote and requires expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Agentforce implementation and configuration.
  • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and customer engagement.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless connectivity between AI agents and enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with internal Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to align Agentforce capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Provide best practices, documentation, and training to internal teams for ongoing support and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce performance post-deployment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Agentforce (agentic AI within Salesforce).

Position Overview


Pay Rate: $75-120/hr


Our client is upgrading their Salesforce CRM platform by implementing Salesforce Agentforce, the cutting-edge agentic AI solution designed to transform automation and intelligence within Salesforce. Their current Salesforce team of 20 (including admins, developers, and specialists in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ) does not yet have the internal expertise required for this implementation. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to lead and guide this initiative.



Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Agentforce implementation and configuration.

  • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and customer engagement.

  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless connectivity between AI agents and enterprise data sources.
