Summary: The Salesforce Agentforce / AI Sales Enablement Consultant role involves evaluating and implementing Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven sales capabilities within a long-established, customized Salesforce environment. The consultant will assess platform readiness, identify AI use cases, and guide implementation strategies to demonstrate business value. This position requires a combination of Salesforce architecture expertise, AI knowledge, and hands-on solution design capabilities. The role is remote and focuses on both advisory and practical delivery aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Salesforce readiness for Agentforce and AI capabilities
- Evaluate architecture, data quality, security, and process maturity within a highly customized Salesforce org
- Recommend scalable and practical AI use cases with measurable business impact
- Help define pilot/POC strategy and implementation roadmap
- Partner with business and sales stakeholders to align AI initiatives to operational goals
- Provide guidance around Salesforce AI, Agentforce, integrations, and workflow automation
- Navigate legacy customizations and technical constraints while identifying opportunities for modernization
- Support hands-on configuration, advisory, architecture, and implementation efforts as needed
Key Skills:
- Strong Salesforce architecture and solution design experience
- Experience working within highly customized enterprise Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI/Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales enablement workflows

Overview
We are working with a client evaluating Salesforce Agentforce and broader AI-driven sales enablement capabilities within a highly customized legacy Salesforce environment. The client’s Salesforce org has been in place for nearly 20 years and contains significant customization, legacy processes, integrations, and technical debt.
The organization is looking to implement and pilot Agentforce use cases within the existing legacy environment to demonstrate measurable business value and ROI ahead of a larger long-term AI strategy.
