Summary: The Salesforce Agentforce / AI Sales Enablement Consultant role involves evaluating and implementing Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven sales capabilities within a long-established, customized Salesforce environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess Salesforce readiness for Agentforce and AI capabilities
  • Evaluate architecture, data quality, security, and process maturity within a highly customized Salesforce org
  • Recommend scalable and practical AI use cases with measurable business impact
  • Help define pilot/POC strategy and implementation roadmap

Overview

We are working with a client evaluating Salesforce Agentforce and broader AI-driven sales enablement capabilities within a highly customized legacy Salesforce environment. The client’s Salesforce org has been in place for nearly 20 years and contains significant customization, legacy processes, integrations, and technical debt.

The organization is looking to implement and pilot Agentforce use cases within the existing legacy environment to demonstrate measurable business value and ROI ahead of a larger long-term AI strategy.

This role requires a blend of:
