Summary: The Salesforce Administrator role is a 6-month remote contract position focused on managing and optimizing Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess Salesforce Administrator Certification and have extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and CRM processes. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity. The position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform, including workflows, process automation, security settings, and user management.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Assist with user training, support, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
  • Work with developers, consultants, and internal teams on system integrations and enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and data management.
  • Experience with user support, training, and troubleshooting issues within Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary (Rate): 38.46
