Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the CRM ecosystem by designing automation, ensuring platform reliability, and fostering collaboration across departments. Your role involves working closely with Financial and Project Management teams to optimize the Salesforce platform and recommend improvements based on the latest technologies. You will report to the Company's Salesforce Platform Lead and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain declarative automations-including Flows-to optimize and streamline business processes within Salesforce
- Migrate and enhance legacy automation (e.g., Process Builders) to modern, efficient Flow solutions
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues, including diagnosing and resolving errors related to Flows, system integrations, and overall platform performance
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party financial and project management platforms such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), or similar systems
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce customizations, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Manage and facilitate deployments using change management tools (e.g., Gearset) in alignment with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support source control, release management, and robust deployment workflows (e.g., using Git)
- Partner with diverse business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions
Key Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or related role
- Advanced proficiency in Flow Builder and declarative automation tools
- Intermediate-level coding knowledge: Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
- Experience integrating with financial and project management platforms like Certinia
- Solid grasp of Salesforce troubleshooting and support methods
- Familiarity with Gearset, change sets, and SDLC methodology
- Exposure to DevOps practices and version control tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Summary:
As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our CRM ecosystem - designing intelligent automation, safeguarding platform reliability, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
