Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer responsible for Salesforce platform configuration, development, Agile delivery coordination, and production support. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, managing daily scrum activities, incident handling, and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and develop Salesforce solutions using standard and custom configurations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning (LWC), Flows, and integrations (as applicable).
  • Manage and facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Handle incident management and production support, including break/fix activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Support release management, deployments, and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain system documentation, user stories, and configuration details.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including managing daily stand-ups.

  • Proven experience in incident management and production support.

  • Strong experience in business coordination and requirement gathering.

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience (Community) Cloud.
