Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing delivery, optimization, and governance of the Salesforce platform.
- Engage with a Centre of Excellence to mature capabilities and support strategic Salesforce adoption.
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance for configuration, integration, and optimization of Salesforce.
- Assist Salesforce users with troubleshooting, reporting, and change execution.
- Support and guide L2 and L3 colleagues, including upskilling and development plans.
- Handle admin tasks, change requests, and support tickets directly when needed.

You will ideally have prior experience in the public sector or working within complex organisational structures. This role is predominately remote, with very occasional on-site presence required in either our Leeds or London office.
