Summary: The Sales Sourcer role at Apollo.io is a contract position focused on identifying and engaging top-tier sales talent to support the company's growth in Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations. The primary objective is to generate sufficient top-of-funnel activity to facilitate 15–20 recruiter screens weekly for quota-carrying sales roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates for quota-carrying sales roles using various platforms.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet weekly funnel goals.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on search strategies and hiring priorities.
- Write compelling outreach campaigns and maintain proactive communication with prospects.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor insights, and talent movement in sales hiring.
- Accurately track outreach, pipeline stages, and candidate information in Greenhouse.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
- Demonstrated success sourcing quota-carrying sales talent at scale.
- Skilled in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, and Greenhouse.
- Comfortable working toward aggressive weekly targets for recruiter screens and pipeline metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles and sourcing projects simultaneously.
